Foarte interesant.
Dar sa fim seriosi... doar doua pauze a maxim 20sec. pe toata durata exercitiilor... mi se pare marshav.
La volumu meu nu stiu daca pot sa lucrez asa la foc continuu.

Dar o sa-ncerc.

am 16 ani
pot face max 30 flotari si 60 genuflexiuni
cum sa fac exercitiile astea in serie pt a avea mai multa eficienta?

Genoflexiunile m-au privit mai putin pe mine.
Flotarile insa, daca poti sa faci 30 la foc continuu, automat vei putea sa faci cel putin 3 serii a cate 15-20; bineinteles cu pauzele aferente intre serii (1-2 minute: cu cat mai mica pauza, cu atat mai mare efectu - cica).

Ai grija sa le faci corect (inspiri cand cobori, expiri cand te ridici) si cat mai lent.

Pentru a evolua cresti numarul de repetari cu 1-2 flotari cam la 6-7 zile.
